Back in OC. Didn't have a plan for this run other than the distance. Started doing fartlek intervals after about 5 minute warm up. At about 3 1/2 miles, realized my pace was pretty good overall and went to tempo for the rest. Great lap times, 8:39, 8:02, 8:09, finished strong 7:46, and 7:35. Hit 5:47 pace in one interval.
