Wanted to suffer a little today. No TV, just had some music on and stared at the wall. Nice progression for 9 miles then took the last mile slower as a cool down. Longest run so far and solid pace. Need to shoot for doing this same run at 6 minute pace in a couple months. 40 mile week in the books.
