Why do I run: I run because I can. I run because it calms me, challenges me, and humbles me. Running is my church, Running is my meditation, Running teaches me patience. Running allows me to be part of a larger community while still experiencing my solitude. Plus, running allows me to eat more, and I love food! |
Why I started running: Originally, I started running because I wanted to be like my parents. My dad was a marathon runner and introduced my mom to running and I too wanted to be a runner. |
