Avg pace was 7:16 - 5 minute PR from Hobblecreek 2009!
First 8 miles was nice downhill out of American Fork Canyon/Tibble Fork, when some rolling hills at Timp Golf Course on the trail, then more trail with rolling hills then the last 3 miles was on the street through farms and neighborhood to Past Timp Temple and then downhill the last mile to A.F High School. Nice course! Shade the whole way but the last 1/2 mile. Perfect!
