First walk/jog assignment from Tyler-PT at InMotion PT. Warmed up piriformis muscle with my seat heaters in my car driving up to J.R.
Walked 5 minutes, followed by easy jog 2 minutes, and repeat for 30 minutes. If my rear is ok, then increase the jog to 3 minutes.
Did this 1st therapy with Cin, Boo, and Buddy and we had a great time cause it was so dang gorgeous this morning up there. Ran on running trails/pavement. Absolutely beautiful! The last 3 min jog, I tripped and that caused a good "twitch". Ouch. We walked back to her house. Immediately iced my rear.
