Met Amber and Tracy A at the dog park. Canyon wind was a little chilly for the first mile, but after that it was the best temp for running. We knew the Ogden runners would have a fantastic day cause the weather was prime!
Great long run and Amb's and I felt great! Tracy A had to run down the canyon ahead of us to get to work in time.
