Notes
Walk/easy jog w/P 4:4 4 minute walk followed by 4 min easy jog.
Prior to I warmed up the glute in the car, then did the assigned stretches. After the jog, followed up by icing for 15 minutes.
A little tight on the first couple of jogs, but it was ok. Pain level 2-3 out of 10. Tyler said this was "as expected."
