Why do I run: I have some goals, but I am not running for weight loss. That will take care of itself. I am running because I want to, and I enjoy it. |
Why I started running: I got tired of looking at myself in the mirror. Knew something had to change. I remember loving running back in the mid 80s - when I was in better shape. While I was active duty, I didn't run for pleasure, and after having a knee injury while running on an Air Force track, I was never the same. I decided that I needed to change, and start moving again. Change after all these years is needed, not just for my health, but for my family's benefit as well. Wish me luck. |
