Notes

Good god. Hardest thing i've done in my life. Hills, lots of hills. Long uphills, long downhills. Short steep uphills, short steep downhills. Not that many flat parts. Endurance-wise, I got it for this race. The legs, nope....did not put enough runs, enough hills...paid for it with massive cramping. Pretty much run/walk after the 16th mile. Never really felt like i hit the wall or anything. Such a pretty race....completely happy I did it.
