lunchtime run...lots of felled branches from the crazy south winds..a giant kiawe tree fell down in the middle of Kapiolani park by the Elk's. Crazy!. Winds are still strong, hopefully it'll mellow out by race time. Not feeling that great. Throat is hurting. We'll see if i'll be able to run this weekend. Saw one of the Kenyans running, may even be Jimmy Muindi. Very cool.
