5K my butt. 9:20 for a 5K ? Even if i am sick as a dog, chewing cough drops all the way through, there is no way i did a 9:20. 1st mile at 8:00. and it all fell apart after...no zip on the legs for a last kick...breathing got way out of control. I really can't complain about it being that I didn't think i could have done this race. At least Nick did great in the swim part and we got 3rd. They put us in the mixed relay for some stupid reason and didn't announce our 3rd place.
