Tried to hit 8:30 pace but was derailed at first mile already under 8:10. Slowed up and paced in behind a smooth running young woman for last 2 miles. Felt colder. It will be tricky for me to layer correctly. i-pod vs no i-pod?
Quads a little sore from Tues but I think I'll be ok for Sat. I'm excited.
