The first 1.5mi was laborious. Not a bad night of work to do this today. Used the old 405CX as the battery was depleted on the other watch. At first glance it appears that the HR data is reliable despite doing nothing new. The scale reveals the truth about my last few days.Ooops. Time to get some regular core and stretching introduced.
