Focus of this session was trying to keep my biomechanics smooth and really work on entering a comfortable zone of moderate effort without changing my breathing patterns too much. Maintained this through the whole run and pleasantly surprised by the overall pace. I feel like there is a dormant fitness that I just need to summon again somehow and maybe alternate super easy days with these longer focused efforts(soon to be longer anyway). At this point anything is better than nothing at all.
