IT IS FINALLY STEEPLE SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good workout with Conor by my side and then Noah behind us with Ali doing Ali. Understandably, the hurdle reps were a hair slow which was expected. Only got to do one hurdle per lap even though we begged and begged Spitz to let us do two. My hurdling was a little rusty, especially with my off leg, although, my right leg felt good. Only stuttered into one hurdle which I am very pleased about. Felt the worst on the first rep and then everything after that was good to be back in the swing of things. Even got to bring out the old polo for this. Thank you, God, for literally everything.
