I really cant be mad about this. I was unsure if I was going to pace the 3200 or run the 1500. Even though I told Noah that I would not pace it, in the first 100 he still tried to get me to pace but thats whatever. After that it was just running behind him and Mads. I probably should have ran better but I was also 3 days removed from a multi and my legs werent excactly all there. Still 4:16 converts to my mile pr this indoor season and this one felt so much more relaxed. Im content with it, not really much to discuss. HERES TO STEEPLE SEASON
