Notes

The optical heart rate monitor just doesn't track the greatest. It will be great for a long time, then jump up to my stride rate and stay there for a long time. To test this out around mile 3 I increased my stride rate, while running 7:50 pace, and it said my heart rate jumped up to 180, which I guarantee it didn't.
