Notes

Workout was 5, 10, 10, 5 with 4 min jogging rest between. Probably half marathon effort. Warmup with Brandon and sprint last 15s of the last interval, thus the faster pace. Nice workout, I was just aiming to be under 6 pace, and averaged 5:48, which makes me feel good, especially because I was a little tired after yesterday's hills.
