5x90s hills with jog down, I did them going up the power line trail. Pretty standard workout, I tried not to push it because of the workout tomorrow. Eh, some workouts need to be strait up below average, and this was, and that's what I needed, a little push and turnover on legs still tired from Sunday and going into the tempo tomorrow.
