Notes

Run on the trails, tired after the long run yesterday. That is to be expected I suppose. Of course, that's how you get high mileage, do a long run and then run a fair amount of mileage the next day, it's like the secret workout. Not as beneficial as doubling on the afternoon of a morning long run, but done week after week it leads to 154 mile 24 hour runs.
