That was not easy, at all. I couldn't stomach much of anything.Drank maybe 8 oz of water, trying hard, threw up in my mouth a little, lest anything think that running is always easy. The real hard part was that I was tired from the workout yesterday Coming back was into a headwind, not easy. The last mile was the fastest because I threw in some strides so it was a 6:37. I mean, way better than last weekend, I think I was a little iron deficient, and I'm better now.
