Ride2Recovery - 2 hours, 4 teachers. Legs hurting and wobbly in the first half hour. The rest felt better and I really enjoyed this workout a lot, followed by some good stretching. Gatorade, water, Clif bloks during, banana, bagel cream cheese after. Blue orthos in the shoes. Rt knee hurt in first hour due to seat to far back. Readjusted and much better, even better in second hour when I got a woman's seat for the bike.
