Some stretching on the mat and up dog, down dog, pigeon, all fours raise opposite arm and leg, pose of child, plough, forward bend with legs apart (for inner thigh stretch), standing forward bend, etc. Felt good after long bike workout. Legs, knees, feet, and glutes getting worked hard. Good to stretch them out afterward.
