Good workout. Hard to breathe and super duper slow even though working very hard to swim from core, etc. My kick totally sucks. I did some kick sets and really need to do them regularly. I am basically swimming almost exclusively with my upper body right now, with little from my legs except stability. Wake up call. Slant board routine in the PM and some balance board and stretching very good. Rt foot and left glute sore during day, night splint....
