Vibrams bikila; great. This was wonderful. New teacher class. Very good. I like doing the squats and the lunges in my vibrams. Much better control and form. She also told how to properly do lunge, focus/start with back knee going down straight (not leaning forward), then push of the front foot to finish. Gives a lot more control through abs in first part to stay upright.
