Nice run in cold. PD, Courts, SH, Pinewood, South Haven, Subdivision, HH, PD, Courts. No tape. 2 GU. Camel. Left leg sore/tight from 6 to 8. Good stretch as 8.2 helped a lot. No tape. Rt foot good throughout, a little tired in last .5 m. All felt good after cool down walk and some stretching. Night splint last night. Rt foot much better since Todd "cleaned it out". Right hip adjustment seemed to help running form a lot. Had to thread camel up through clothes to be able to drink. Froze solid in 2 m, and had to warm up to 3 before drink. Breathing much better than in warmer weather, go figure.
