Pink toe socks, inserts that came with shoes. This felt pretty good. I figured out how to get my back/legs, feet etc to feel better going down hills and doing some faster running, but pulling my legs in a little close to my midine as I stepped out. It relieved tightness in several different areas. That plus using my torso rotation for power and staying up straight both made it a lot more comfortable and a lot easier to breathe.
