Very high humidity felt horrible. Almost fainted at 4m even with water and clif bloks. Walked the last mile home. HRM is off again. Seems to be about half the correct value. Legs and feet pretty good. Slight soreness on pulled right side at attachment. Mostly just awful breathing and overheating. Start earlier next time!
