With Dennis and Atticus. Rt foot taped and 3 ibuprofen before run. Super slow, left leg and glute still hurting when running. Foot pretty good on run. Thorlo socks again, worked well. Solstice shirt and outer shirt. Ampro tights, headband, gloves, and hand held. Went clockswise over by library hq. Night splint and ice last night, heat on leg. 3x3 ibuprofen yesterday worked well.
