Notes

Slow at first. Right lower back weird after about 1300. Did some stretching, breast stroke and it seemed to get better. Also focused on streamlining and pulling my legs/hips in toward center on free style and that helped. Stretching in whirlpool felt good. Banana before this workout got me through but very hungry at lunch.
