Okay for about 6-8, but sore areas in rt leg from road slant. Pretty agonizing on the way back. Legs too tight sore and adjusting to new mechanics to handle such long cambered runs. Gu at 3.78, 8, bloks at 11. Nice long cool down walk. Legs good after walk/stretch. Rt foot pretty good throughout but still isn't sure exactly how to land especially on bad camber. Up hill and down hill feel pretty good, flat cambered is the absolute worst for me right now. HRM battery seems to be dead.
