N12-1 shoes. No tape. Felt pretty good. Had to rush a bit to do my core work after and get to meeting at work. Night splint. Left leg and rt good through workout and core routine after. Modified saw tooth on elliptical, 2-3 minutes at each elevation 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 19, 17, 15, 14, 13, etc. feels good to be at 13 and above, even 20 is good without holding on. I did some with eyes closed and holding with one arm lightly or the other. Some with torso twisted to one side or the other, arms overhead, etc.
