Rain and thunder/lightning made me use treadmill. Yuck. I varied speed from 8min mile or faster to 9:30 to 10 for the warm up. This felt pretty awful with no push off, but I ran better on the road the next day. 5K split was 26.24. Felt good to run and do body pump afterwards in these shoes, but weird to not have any ability to use my push off and back of body to run.
