White thicker toe socks. White skirt, long sleeve boston shirt. Atticus and Dennis to and through Skunk Canyon. Then I continued the CCW loop up to the top of the mountain on the Arizona trail then back down my usual trail. One trip and fell around the 1.5 mile mark on a rock. I rolled and only ended up scraping and brusing my right knee. I should have had another gu but was trying to conserve them. I'd been out for 1:19 on only a GU at 4m and 2 pieces of toast before the run.
