Notes

Quads sore before swim. Better after. Ate cereal, coffee, fake bacon before. Claritin also. Good throughout swim, but slow due to muscle soreness in legs and legs feeling very heavy. Legs feeling better by mid-day. foot good before, during and after. No IBP today.
