Guess at the time. 500 free, 200 breast, 600 free, 200 breast, free to 2000, then 100 breast, back, breast to 2300. Felt good. But started out with right upper back rib pulled out funny, so that didn't come back into place until after the swim was over. Feet/legs GREAT after this swim. Good idea to take a day off from running, to help foot recover.
