AHS trails from Parks and Rec side. With Atticus, Dennis, and Russell. Felt pretty good. 3 ibf before run, wore new Trail Shoes NB-2 brown and blue shoes with my older orhotics. That worked well. Good run, felt very good afterwards, and after swimming.
