With Dennis. This was great. Camelback partly full. Took gu up at road about 4m. Plenty of water. A little bit hot on the way back. I wore tights, long sleeve shirt, hat, gloves. This felt pretty good. Much less winded than on first day of other trips, and was able to run pretty steady throughout. The shoes with thorlo socks were good together so far. No tape on my Achilles tendon attachment. It was pretty good throughout and felt good after bath, and later in day/evening with high heel sandals on.
