Hand held water bottle switching about every 1.8 miles, then every .5 mile. Better than most runs lately, was a little quicker, and smoother. Legs and feet both were better and more stable especially in my right foot/ankle on the steep uphill on JHO and 2nd street. Still very hot, and difficult to breathe in first .8 mile or so. Glad I went a little shorter, this was just right, with a longer cool down (1 mile). Foot exercises from Anne seem to be helping. Started wearing my old orhotics in the evening. They have better posting in the fore foot.
