This felt great. Way better than usual. Blue orthos, K tape on arch and next to arch. Running weight socks. Less issues with stability etc. Was on mid-foot and forefoot for much of it and at those times could run quickly, smoothly and easily. Had to stop for bathroom at church. Gu at 3.2 and at 7.6 m at Camp Barrett. Gatorade also at Camp Barrett. Breathing was greatly improved after the gatorade. Wondering if it might have to do with electrolyte/salt or water levels... Generic claritin before run, coffee and tuscan pane toast w Smart Balance.
