Recovery run. Camelbak, not enough water (half full). Bloks after about 4 miles. Slow and right leg tight/sore in first couple miles, but started getting better at about 2.5 miles and pretty good rest of the way. Not back to normal but improving. Rt foot good throughout. Hit my head on overhead branch around 3.8 m, ow. Couldn't catch the other runners. No night splint last night.
