Notes
This run felt great. I had rt foot taped, as have been the last week or so. Gu at 4m stop, 8m stop, Camp Barrett and on Pinedale. I also went on 1st/2nd and court on the way back and all courts on pinedale. Hit 14m at arundel signs, 15 at bottom of pinedale, etc. 2 of the gu were high octane blueberry pomegranate and pineapple. I liked them. Found myself wishing for my newtons part way into the run, as midfoot/forefoot landing felt easier and smoother, but big toe on left foot, started to get sore,etc. Cool down walk afterwards about 1 mile in these shoes and about .6 in my new bikila 5 fingers. Felt good.
