No tape. Right foot pretty good during a little weird Left glute tight/sore around 5 m and up. Had some running between 2 and 4.5 where felt almost normal form and a little near the end. Left glute attachment sore at work, and right foot inflamed in pm, but better after going home, standing, walking stretching. Did slant board routine at home last night and stretching after run this am.
