This was a great last run in Flagstaff for this trip. With Dennis and Atticus for the first 2.5m, then up my mountain, down the arizona trail partway along there past the turn off for Fisher Point trail, then back through Skunk Canyon. Had nice cold water at the 2.5m on the way back so didn't run it. Only a few minor trips but no falls. Breathing was great and feet and legs felt great. I love running about 10m of trails every day!
