First 2.6 m with Atticus and Dennis. To top of mountain then along the Flagsaff loop trail til it started up steep switchbacks on a different mountain. Marked this in the navigation on the Garmin, and also took some pictures of that point. Garmin thought 5.9 back to start if I kept going, but wasn't sure trail would go through. On way back took a trip and a hard fall around mile 8 or so, and scraped up right leg arm, elbow, knee. Came upon nice couple with water, hand sanitizer etc who gave me a 32 oz bottle of fresh water (thank goodness). I took 2 gu on this run at about 4m and about 8m, 2 succeed, at about 6m and about 11m. I ran out of water around 11m or so. So could have used even more. This was a gorgeous run, would love to make it further on the trail and see if it connects back to something to come back home to the cottage here.
