With Tom from Rutland (near Belle Branch) onto Stephens/Chesterfield/Hawkins loop, then finishing up with some easy cool down miles in the neighborhood. Foot bothering me on slant on Crownsville road, but much much better in PD/SH when I was able to stretch and adjust my stride. 3 Gu's, and some gatorade. Felt very good walking after. Blue orthos on this run.
