Camelback, 2 gu's. Pinedale and courts, South Haven, Pinewood, South Haven to end, several side streets and courts in there. Bathroom at someone's house around 6.3 and 1s.t GU. Heritage Harbor 2 loops including some extra courts, then 1st and 2nd street with extra court. Pinedale and all courts. Then back down to tundra court and back on all the courts again, then back down almost to 1/2 mile mark, back to top, etc. Right glute got tight after about 13 miles, and both feet got a bit tight on uphills in last few miles. Downhills and flats felt go throughout. Ate second GU around 11.3. Had some hot chocolate (swiss miss, no extra sugar, extra calcium plus non fat dry milk) right after. Then eggs with spinach, mushrooms, smoked gouda (reduced fat). Great run. Easy pace felt good. Some soreness due to running 4 days in a row. But beat the snow. Wore A-10 top over normal turtleneck and medium (older) tights. Running weight socks.
