Felt good; run with Atticus and Dennis. Felt good, better than yesterday.. Very hot and humid. Drank 50/50 recharge and water. No clif bloks today til after the run. Right foot good. A little sore in 6th mile, but good after walking and stretching and swimming. Night splint last night. No ibuprofen!
