Blue orthos. Felt good at first but a little out of control unstable. Low energy almost came to a standstill around mile 5 or so, Gu and water picked me up again. Felt better around 6 or 7 to the end. Foot and legs getting better but am going to do a lot more training with distance and speed separately before putting them back together. Can't believe how slow my new fast is. But so grateful to be running again at all without so much pain.
