1st AG F55-59 due to real first took overall Masters Award with a 1:32 time!!
This was great; gu about every 4m or gu chomps, also at start of race. Drinking my herb zinger tea and lemons most of race; some gatorade around 10m, and icy water the last 2 miles was great. Check web site for placement and official chip time.
